Hello, Anaheim and Expo West!

Whale, hello there. 🐳 New friends, old friends, welcome to The Forthright Collaborative. It's been a long time in the making, and no better place to debut this new venture than Natural Products Expo West!

Unless, of course, you ever feel anxious 😣 . . . in which case, oh.my.gourd was this a scary leap! Since we're being forthright - always - I'll tell you I was nervous as hell in the weeks leading up to the show. Holy vulnerability, Brené Brown/Batman. But here we are!

I'm writing to you now from Anaheim after a GREAT first day at the show. Such a joy to be back, walking the show floor and finding wonderful brands and their innovations. So many happy reunions after three long years! Leave it to the natural products community to bring the warmth, the welcome, the everything we've been missing as we all adapted to new challenges throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

In case we didn't chat today, here's the TL;DR: I'm in Anaheim to do the best job ever . . . visit your booth, learn about your brand, and highlight the coolest people and products that I find.

I'm also here to lend support to small to mid-size brands whose growth is outpacing their marketing and communications resources. (You know who you are!) I am 100% certain that not one single brand came to this show with the chief goal of hiring a marketer. I get it - you're here to sell! And in my own way, I can help you with that.
